We at RCC conduct various seminars for our students. We arrange many guest lectures from very reputed companies and organizations. This helps in guiding students to choose better career paths. Also guest lecture from industry person help them to know the ground reality of the outside world. They can very well understand what extra skills they require to with stand the outside competitive pressure

• Guest lecture by Dr. Bose for Finance BBA final year and Mrs Anita Rao mam (VIA LEW Past President) took sessions for Human Resource subject for BBA second year.

• Guest lecture by Mr. Pratyush Kumar Manager at InfoCepts MIHAN Nagpur 
  He told students about the work his company does in Data analytics and different career opportunities in available in IT field. All the students of BCA got this wonderful opportunity

• "Sales ki Pathshala" a unique program on sales by Dr. Sanjay Singh a Corporate Sales Trainer
  Having more than 35 years of experience in India and abroad, he shared his knowledge in simple language and taking out fear of sales career from the mind of students and told them about various careers in sales.
  He gave them practical knowledge which is not there in books and motivated them to take informed decisions

 

• Jagdish Choure our BCA alumni passed out in 2004 currently working in USA shared his career journey, how from small tribal village Bichhua(MP), he did his BCA from RCC Sausar and then MCA from Banglore, did job in Bangalore and moved to USA 7 years back.
  He also shared his experience and knowledge on 'data science'.

• Advisory board member of RCC Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh (Ex. Citi bank VP) interacted with BBA students, shared his life experience and career growth, he motivated students for doing extra cerifications and how to make career in Finance sector.

• Prof. Rahim Khayyam conducted guest lecture for BBA second year on Financial Management

• Guest lecture on Research Methodology by Dr. Ashish Linge sir for BBA final and second year students.

• BBA students had full 3 days session of 6 hrs each on topics :Email, telephone etiquette, Resume writing, GD, Interviews,LinkedIn, #economics terminology,Presentations, at the end students gave presentation on various topics,What a remarkable change we could see in students, their presentation skills, confidence level, body language communication skills totally changed and hope it to be transformation in their life.Thanks to their trainer Mr. Paras Parekh (IIM Shilong alumni) of Beyond learning solutions.

• In today's competitive world English speaking is necessary and advantageous for a fresher. Today grammatical portion sessions were completed by trainer Ms. Anubha from Beyond Learning Solutions.Now it's turn of students to implement their learning in regular practice.

• Our own Saoner girl Ms. Sayli Bute (Currently doing MBA from IIM kozhikode) Shared her experience of IIM and internships, she motivated students to go for CAT exam and gave them guidance about CAT exam. 
  It is really proud to see a girl from small town like Saoner reaching IIM, We could see the proud feeling on faces of her parents too who had accompanied her.

• Students of our college although from rural areas are very talented, but due to their poor English communication skills they were lacking behind, from this year with the help of Ascent EduPro and Beyond Learning Solutions we have designed our own curriculum and today was first session on communication skills conducted by expert trainer Ms. Ashwini.

• Ms. Bhavna Janbandhu, young enthusiastic, positive attitude, winner of many entrepreneurship awards today interacted with students of BBA on her entrepreneurship journey, she shared her life story, as how she was bed ridden for 4 years fighting for life from there she fought with her will power and today became successful Entreprenuer, engaged in social entrepreneurship, her story has been featured by famous Famina magazine.
  Thank you to Ms. Anita Rao mam past President of ladies wing of VIA to bring her to our college.
